The Galactic News is a love-letter to 2D space shooters on the Gameboy. It’s a hybrid of classic arcade games like Paperboy and space shooters such as Gradius. It’s an entry to the 11th GBJam, where teams of developers are tasked with making a game in the spirit of the original Gameboy hardware.
